I’m a esthetician I specialize in waxing I been a waxer for 8+ years and my goal has always been to have my clients have the best as most painless as can make it experience and you walking out feeling more confident then ever also if clients need more info just text me I be happy to explain Late/No Show Policy Clients have 10 minutes(from start of appt. Time) to call & or txt if they are going to be late. If no contact has been made they will be marked as a no show and charged the full service amount. If payment hasn't been made before the next appointment, I will respectfully decline the appointment. Same day cancellation policy I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure i can accommodate all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment on the same day it is scheduled, you will be subject to a same-day cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the time and resources that were reserved for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
