I’m a licensed esthetician specializing in waxing, with over 8 years of experience. My goal has always been to provide my clients with the best, most comfortable, and as painless as possible waxing experience. I want you to leave feeling smooth, confident, and empowered every time. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review all policies carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. • Clients have a 5-minute grace period for 15-minute services and a 10-minute grace period for 30-minute or longer services, calculated from the scheduled appointment start time. • Clients must call or text within the grace period if they are running late. • If no contact is made within the grace period, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service amount will be charged. • If payment for a no-show has not been completed prior to the next scheduled appointment, the appointment will be declined. Same-Day Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made on the same day as the scheduled appointment are subject to a 100% service fee. • Same-day cancellations or reschedules do not allow sufficient time to refill the reserved appointment slot. • This policy applies regardless of the reason, including illness, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. Payment & Card on File Requirement • A valid card on file is required to book and maintain appointments. • By booking an appointment, clients authorize Elle Luxury Wax & Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees. • Clients who remove their card on file or have unpaid balances will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Final Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. These policies are applied consistently to all clients and are non-negotiable.
